Deanne is our Founder & Chief Enabling Officer Director. She started her career in the NSW Police Force before moving into a career in workplace safety joining Workcover NSW (now Safework) as an Inspector, then moving into private industry in Senior / Executive Level roles for a number of Iconic Australian & Global Companies. Deanne started Insync Workplace Solutions in 2012 and has spearheaded the growth of the business. Deanne is a people, safety & culture expert. She has formal qualifications & experience in Work Health and Safety, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Neuroscience, Organisational & Leadership Development, NLP, Learning & Development, Change Management, Culture Transformation & Employee engagement. She is accredited to deliver GENOS Emotional Intelligence Assessments & Workshops, DiSC & PRISM Brain Mapping Assessments. She is also an Emotional Culture Deck Certified Consultant & Lego Serious Play Facilitator.

A qualified injury management professional with a legal background and over 28 years of experience in all aspects of injury management, from hands-on claims management, and return to work coordination to the development of national injury management and health and wellbeing strategies.Hedy is highly experienced in insured and self-insured environments across a broad range of industries and all types of injury management, including workers compensation, income protection and non-work-related injury/ illness.Hedy works across all States and Territories across Australia.A proven track record in the successful management of complex claims, with a methodical, thorough and diligent approach to work. A trusted business advisor who is passionate about effective injury management and health and wellbeing promotion.Hedy holds a Bachelor of Laws and is an accredited Return to Work Coordinator.

Mark joined the Insync team after 32 years in the NSW Police force with 28 of those being in Highway Patrol to lead our drug & alcohol testing division. Mark leads a team of highly qualified, experienced and capable educators and testers located across Australia
