The Emotional Culture Deck (ECD) has been a game changer for individuals and organisations as the #1 game for better workplace culture. 

However, with the impact of COVID-19 many of us are facing a new way of family life. Leading up until this point in time, we had been hearing so many heart-warming stories about people using The Emotional Culture Deck with their families.  These stories have not only been incredibly humbling but have made us proud of what this little deck of cards can achieve. So, when lockdown hit, we started to explore how the ECD might help families face the uncertain times ahead.

The method for using the ECD for families is slightly different, but the goal is the same. Use the Emotional Culture Deck to encourage communication between humans of all ages, making a tricky conversation just a little bit easier.
